A leading CDMO provider in Bordeaux seeks a Director of Sales for large molecule services in Europe. This strategic role is responsible for driving revenue growth and managing key client relationships in biotech and pharmaceuticals. Candidates should have over 10 years of experience in sales or business development within the CDMO environment and a strong knowledge of large-molecule biologics. The position requires a results-oriented leader capable of relationship building and negotiation across complex deals.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in sales or business development within a CDMO, biologics, or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of large-molecule biologics, including monoclonal antibodies and recombinant proteins.
  • Demonstrated success driving revenue growth in the European market.
  • Solid understanding of Biologics CMC, manufacturing, and analytical services.

Responsabilités

  • Execute the European sales strategy for large-molecule CDMO services.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with clients across Europe.
  • Lead commercial discussions and negotiations for proposals and commercial agreements.
  • Act as the primary commercial interface between clients and internal teams.
