A leading engineering consultancy is looking for an Environmental Design Specialist to work on a contract basis in Paris. This role involves ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and collaborating with subcontractors on key reports for a project in Indonesia. Candidates should have strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of environmental management principles.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical capabilities for process information related to environmental studies.
• In-depth knowledge of rules and regulations relevant to environmental management.
• Experience with FEED and EPC on the Engineering Contractor side.

Responsabilités

• Analyze process information for environmental studies conducted on the FPSO.
• Ensure compliance with applicable rules and regulations.
• Work with subcontractors on producing environmental study reports.

Connaissances

Analytical skills for environmental studies

Description

FEED Contract (Environmental Design Philosophy, Environmental Design Basis, ENVID, Environmental Management and Monitoring Plan) to ensure follow-up of Sub-Contractor nominated to produce Air Emission Study and Modeling Report and Water and Wastewater Management Study Report for ABADI FPSO to be moored in Indonesian waters. Support Loss Prevention & Environment Discipline Lead for the interfaces with the other disciplines, the Project Team, and any nominated Third Party if any.

Responsibilities

• Capability of analyzing process information required for the calculations / simulations / studies to be performed as part of environmental studies for the FPSO
• Good knowledge of applicable rules and regulations for this type of facility
• Experience in the coverage of a similar scope at FEED and EPC on Engineering Contractor side
• Mobility required for missions in Indonesia (Jakarta)
• Relevant experience with INPEX as a client, or Indonesian environmental laws would be a plus
