• Conduct Technical training programs to trainees in its discipline, including regular testing and performance reporting.
• Design and develop training materials and teaching aids in the required formats.

Qualifications

• University degree in an engineering discipline.
• 10 years’ experience in oil/gas plant operations/maintenance.
• 5 years’ experience in oil/gas operations/maintenance training.
• Very good written and spoken English.
• Fluent in Portuguese.
• Flexible – open minded.
• Keen to teach others.
• More than 5 years of on‑site experience and familiarity with training activities or tutoring.

Minimum Experience

6 years or more.

Required Authorisations

Assessor's Certification.

Languages

• English – Full Professional Proficiency.
• Portuguese – Native or bilingual proficiency.
