An established international business is seeking an experienced eDiscovery Project Manager to join its growing team in the Paris region. This role offers the opportunity to manage complex eDiscovery projects, working closely with legal and technical stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in project management and a strong familiarity with the Relativity review platform. Fluent French is required. This position allows for remote or hybrid work arrangements.

eDiscovery Project Manager

Paris Region (remote or hybrid but must be located within a travelling distance)| Fluent French Required

An established international business is seeking an experienced eDiscovery Project Manager to join its growing team in the Paris area. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high‑profile matters for both domestic and international clients, delivering end‑to‑end eDiscovery project support.

The successful candidate will lead the day‑to‑day management of multiple eDiscovery projects, acting as a trusted advisor to legal and technical stakeholders. You will work closely with legal teams, IT professionals, and internal specialists to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients on assigned eDiscovery matters.
  • Provide strategic and technical guidance on data collection, processing, review workflows, analytics, and production deliverables.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ranging in size and complexity.
  • Plan and maintain detailed project schedules, including tasks, dependencies, resources, and timelines.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Establish and monitor quality controls across all project deliverablesli>
  • Deliver clear, timely, and professional communication to clients and stakeholders.
  • Serve as a subject‑matter expert on leading eDiscovery review platforms and internal solutions.
  • Monitor project financials, including forecasting, budget management, and invoicing.
  • Produce regular project reports, metrics, and KPIs.
  • Collaborate across departments to drive consistent and successful project outcomes.
  • Develop long‑term client relationships through a consultative, service‑driven approach.
Skills & Experience
  • Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience within litigation support or the legal services sector.
  • Proven experience in eDiscovery project management, including hands‑on involvement with processing, analytics, and productions.
  • Strong working knowledge of the Relativity review platform.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with cross‑functional teams.
  • Ability to manage client expectations while maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
  • Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues.
  • Comfortable responding effectively to unexpected challenges in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required for client engagements.
