Qualifications

  • 5 ans d'expérience en ingénierie logistique/méthodes dans une industrie similaire.
  • Expérience en gestion d'équipe et amélioration continue.

Responsabilités

  • Assurer la qualité, le coût et le délai des produits électriques.
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration des processus et à la capitalisation EDC.

The Electrical Development Center is responsible for developing electrical products (harnesses & cubicles) from Detailed Design stage till Serial Go. For the EDC team located in TOULOUSE, we are looking for the Manager of EDC activities covering industrial scope. It includes a team of “Operations Leaders” dedicated to cover industrial & manufacturing phases of the electrical products developed inside the projects & a team dedicated to support deployment of NEO model according to PIO strategy defined by Central Operations.

Responsibilities
  • For the OPL team:
    • Ensure positioning of OPL and his scope of responsibility that could evolve in regard to the PDO/PIO at train project organization.
    • Ensure electrical products QCD, getting harnesses and cubicles produced on time and in the required configuration for the pre-series, taking into account retrofit phases.
    • Contribute to EDC capitalization & process improvements.
    • Promote EDC way of working and accelerate understanding of electrical products development process.
  • For the Industrial Performance team:
    • Ensure that industrial assumptions (PIO, MoB) are defined in line with industrial Reflib and EDC strategy.
    • Ensure deployment of retrofit organization according to strategy agreed.
    • Drive continuous improvement actions.
    • Deploy industrial activities inside EDC project organization.
    • Contribute to build or improve standards (eg: SML/SMP) through Alstom Operations network.
    • Participate to the TMS on-boarding to NEO model.
Profile
  • 5 years of experience in Logistic/Methods/Manufacturing Engineering in a similar industry.
  • 5 years of experience in team management position.
Experience
  • Industrial & Manufacturing background.
  • International, multi-sites and matrix organization structure.
  • Conflict management and multi-tasking.
  • Capable to anticipate issues and to be proactive.
  • Ability to prioritize and to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Background in electrical components, electrical products developments, wirings, is a must.
  • Agile & highly proactive in proposing solutions.
  • Rigorous, structured and sense of anticipation.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills, excellent team worker.
Location
  • Position based in Toulouse, FRANCE.
  • Frequent travels to Harness / Cubicles manufacturing sites, intern & extern.
