A family-owned global diagnostics company is seeking a Director of People Partners in Marcy-l'Étoile. In this strategic role, you will lead a team of 11 People Partners, supporting HR policies and enhancing organizational performance. Ideal candidates should possess a Master’s degree in Human Resources, at least 10 years of HR experience including team management, and excellent skills in leadership, communication, and a strong customer focus. Fluency in French and English is essential.

As Director of People Partners France, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of 11 People Partners. You will play a strategic role in supporting the People Partners, who in turn will support managers and employees in implementing HR policies, developing talent, managing performance, and engaging employees.
This new role, reporting to the Director of Human Resources France, is key to ensuring consistency in HR practices and contributing to the overall performance of the organization.
Education: Master's degree in Human Resources, Management, or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 10 years in generalist HR roles, including significant experience in team management.
