This role provides practical experience in deployment of digital communication tools and exposure to cross-functional teamwork in marketing, IT, and communications.

Responsibilities

• Emailing Tool Rollout & Database Management
  • Support the implementation of the new emailing solution across the organization.
  • Manage and structure the customer / contact database (imports, segmentation, updates).
  • Ensure data quality
  • Create and maintain a set of reusable email templates (newsletters, announcements, campaigns).
  • Document processes and provide user guidelines to ensure adoption across teams.
  • Conduct user testing, monitor performance, and gather feedback for improvements.
• SharePoint Development
  • Contribute to the design of the SharePoint site architecture (structure, navigation, permissions).
  • Assist in the implementation and configuration of SharePoint to serve as a central knowledge hub.
  • Develop pages, libraries, and content templates for easy team adoption.
  • Support change management by providing training materials and short user guides.
  • Continuously update and improve the platform based on user needs.
