About the Role

In this role you will have the opportunity to observe and actively participate in exciting projects related to Direct-to-Consumer (D2C eCommerce) optimization and search marketing (SEO/SEA).

Responsibilities
  • Support the Media & Digital team in managing and executing media campaigns across various channels, coordinating operational activities with campaign managers and/or media agency (e.g., ADS deliverables).
  • Actively contribute to D2C optimization projects by monitoring performances and analyzing data to provide daily updates, weekly high-level reports and monthly insightful deep dives by marketing channel. Proactively propose data-driven improvements and follow up their implementation.
  • Assist in developing and executing SEO and SEA strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive traffic to Essity's websites. Follow up on those channels’ performances monthly (including competition) and ensure planned optimizations are delivered on time.
  • Monitor, analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing initiatives according to pre-defined measurement frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content creators, web developers and data analysts.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of innovative and integrated media and digital strategies and tactics.
  • Collect information about the main activities the media & digital team is working on and share them in a structured way with the broader marketing team to increase digital literacy.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and media across various industries and share them with the team.
Who You Are
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
  • Passionate about digital marketing, media and eCommerce.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Search Console, SimilarWeb, Semrush, Content Square.
  • Keen to embrace a lifelong learning mindset.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
