Demand Planning Data Analyst Apprentice H/F

Job Description

Within the Supply Chain Management team and reporting to our Demand Planning Manager, your role is to contribute to our S’OP process by leading demand planning on a dedicated scope of business. You’ll be using data such as shipment history, marketing plans, business trends and more throughout the several subsidiaries across the world. Our purpose in the team is to assess, coach, train and support Operations in their Planning Excellence journey and implementation.

Your main missions will be to:

• Assist with forecasting and analysis of demand plans by sku and product line with Business Units
• Collaborate with marketing and supply planning team to plan the new product launches
• Develop and recommend improvements to current operating procedures
• Measure, analyze, and communicate key process metrics and monitor adherence to key performance indicators, while driving continuous improvement with subsidiaries
• Contribute to a multitude of projects that emerge in a fast-paced environment
• Analyze and maintain statistical forecasts, sales profile, and range volatility in the SAP IBP tool

Your profile:

• Final year of Master degree student
• Education curriculum focused on supply chain, operations, or logistics preferred
• Advanced skills with MS Excel and Outlook preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to analyze and translate data-based finds into clear and relevant insights
• Curiosity and a deep desire to learn
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional team player capability and eagerness to learn, share knowledge
• Fluent in English and French
