A technology services company is seeking a Lead Engineer to oversee and manage datacenter infrastructures. Responsibilities include ensuring electricity, cooling, and ventilation systems are well maintained. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in facility management and technical expertise in relevant areas, along with fluency in English and strong IT tool proficiency. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in facility management.
  • Technical expertise in electricity (HV / LV), air conditioning, ventilation and fire safety.
  • Good command of IT tools like Autocad, CMMS, and MS Project.
  • Fluent or bilingual in English.
  • Ability to work in a team with rigour and method.

Responsabilités

  • Ensure the follow-up of operating activities of the datacenter infrastructures.
  • Organize and supervise management and maintenance of electricity, cooling, and ventilation.
  • Oversee maintenance and improvement work, monitor major incidents.
  • Communicate with customers regarding maintenance operations.

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to grow your career? We are seeking a Lead Engineer to our dynamic team at Felps Group.

Your Key Responsibilities :

Ensure the follow-up of operating activities of the datacenter infrastructures, in collaboration with our suppliers, and in relation with the Site Manager.

Your role will be to organize and supervise the management and maintenance of the following main areas : electricity, cooling and ventilation.

In particular, you will oversee maintenance and improvement work, and monitor the technical management of major incidents, with the possible assistance of technical experts.

You will also be responsible for communicating with customers on maintenance operations, preventive planning and corrective action management.

You will be responsible for :
  • Anticipating and diagnosing infrastructure-related problems and planning corrective action.
  • Supporting our service providers throughout their on-site interventions
  • Proposing corrections linked to procedures (MOP)
  • Ensure the quality of services delivered by our service providers.
  • Anticipate and draw up the annual maintenance schedule.
  • Be a driving force behind proposals for continuous improvement.
  • Produce all indicators needed to ensure continuity of service.
Skills Required :
