Job Title: Data Migration Lead (DT&A)

Main Responsibilities

• Define the scope, strategy, and planning of data migrations with regional teams.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into API mappings with regions.
• Refine data migration requirements with the development team.
• Follow up on issues from iterative dry runs.
• Assist regional teams in initial reconciliation processes.
• Participate in weekend migrations and troubleshoot solutions as needed.

Additional Duties

• Learn and understand Atlas V2 data model, migration tools, and processes.
• Gain sufficient understanding of legacy systems for effective data migration.
• Coordinate communication among global, regional IT, and internal teams involved in migration.
• Ensure proper documentation of data migration activities.
• Participate in deployment and rollout activities as required.
• Oversee functional and technical specifications, testing, reconciliation, process improvements, and Level 3 support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or Computer Science.
• 5+ years experience in migration, data analysis, or API-related roles.
• Strong SQL skills, preferably with SQL Server.
• Experience with Agile environments, preferably Microsoft Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience working in multicultural, international settings.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise business systems and related technologies.

• Proficiency in SQL and understanding of API/data integration concepts.
• Excellent English communication skills; French is a plus.
