Job Title: Data Migration Lead (DT&A)
Main Responsibilities
- Define the scope, strategy, and planning of data migrations with regional teams.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into API mappings with regions.
- Refine data migration requirements with the development team.
- Follow up on issues from iterative dry runs.
- Assist regional teams in initial reconciliation processes.
- Participate in weekend migrations and troubleshoot solutions as needed.
Additional Duties
- Learn and understand Atlas V2 data model, migration tools, and processes.
- Gain sufficient understanding of legacy systems for effective data migration.
- Coordinate communication among global, regional IT, and internal teams involved in migration.
- Ensure proper documentation of data migration activities.
- Participate in deployment and rollout activities as required.
- Oversee functional and technical specifications, testing, reconciliation, process improvements, and Level 3 support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or Computer Science.
- 5+ years experience in migration, data analysis, or API-related roles.
- Strong SQL skills, preferably with SQL Server.
- Experience with Agile environments, preferably Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience working in multicultural, international settings.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with enterprise business systems and related technologies.

- Proficiency in SQL and understanding of API/data integration concepts.
- Excellent English communication skills; French is a plus.
