Role

• Design, implement, and refine predictive and analytical models for complex business problems.
• Translate ambiguous business questions into structured data problems and actionable solutions.
• Explore large datasets to uncover hidden patterns, trends, and opportunities.
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and workflows for production‑ready analytics.
• Conduct an in‑depth evaluation of model behaviour, identifying weaknesses and proposing solutions.
• Assess new tools, frameworks, and methods for potential application in real projects.
• Present findings and actionable insights to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related fields.
• Strong expertise in SQL, Excel, and data visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).
• Experience with statistical analysis, regression, or predictive modelling.
• Ability to work with large datasets and transform raw data into actionable insights.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams to influence product or business decisions.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to tackle ambiguous analytical challenges.
• Clear communication skills to present complex insights to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with scripting or programming languages (Python, R) is a plus.
