Customer Success Manager for fast-growing Dutch Property-Tech SaaS solution

Location: Paris (remote, with onboarding in the Netherlands)

Salary: €50K + flexible workspace subscription covered

Are you ready to be the very first Customer Success hire in France for a fast-growing Dutch SaaS scale-up? This is your chance to make a real impact, shape the local market, and grow into a leadership role as the team expands!

Our client is THE disruptor in the commercial real estate industry that everyone has been waiting for. They are transforming the real estate industry with its innovative SaaS platform. By centralizing communication, compliance, and documentation, our client empowers property owners and managers to work smarter and more transparently.

Responsibilities
  • Be the go-to person for French clients: onboarding, training and driving adoption during online meetings, as well as in-person visits at their offices.
  • Build and optimize customer success processes for the French market.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients get the most out of the platform.
  • Gather feedback and work closely with product and leadership teams.
  • Attend events to broaden the French network (no sales skills needed!)
