Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact between customers and a world-renowned brand, ensuring questions are answered, issues resolved, and the day is made better.
  • Support customers by phone, chat, or email in French.
  • Solve technical or general issues using documentation and training tools.
  • Represent the brand with clarity, care, and professionalism.
  • Recommend solutions and educate users where possible.
  • Document all interactions and maintain customer satisfaction KPIs.
Qualifications
  • Must-Have Skills — Fluent in French
  • At least B2 English (for internal communication)
  • Confidence using a computer and navigating support tools
  • Excellent communication, empathy, and active listening skills
  • Nice-to-Haves — Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or tech support
  • Adaptability to rotating shifts and dynamic environments
  • Interest in tech or digital products
