Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer‑focused Cruise & Vacation Specialist to join our remote travel team. In this role you will help clients plan, book, and enjoy unforgettable cruise vacations and leisure travel experiences. If you have a passion for cruises, travel expertise, and love delivering exceptional service from anywhere, this position offers a rewarding opportunity to grow your career remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Consultation: Engage with clients via phone, email, or video to understand their cruise and vacation preferences, budgets, and special needs.
  • Tailored Itinerary Planning: Create customized cruise and vacation packages that include stateroom selection, shore excursions, transfers, and pre/post‑cruise accommodations.
  • Booking Management: Handle all cruise and travel reservations using supplier platforms and booking systems.
  • Customer Support: Provide ongoing support before, during, and after travel, addressing questions, changes, and any travel‑related issues.
  • Promote Upgrades & Add‑Ons: Recommend cabin upgrades, travel insurance, dining packages, and excursions to enhance client experiences and increase revenue.
  • Stay Current: Keep informed about cruise lines’ policies, promotions, new itineraries, and travel advisories.
  • Record‑keeping: Maintain accurate client records, payments, and booking confirmations.
  • Relationship Building: Develop lasting client relationships to encourage repeat bookings and referrals.
Qualifications
  • Experience or strong interest in cruises and leisure travel is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Detail‑oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
  • Proficient with travel booking systems or eager to learn.
  • Passion for travel and delivering memorable client experiences.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
