Overview

As Regional Crisis Management & Business Continuity Manager within our Corporate Security team, you'll lead resilience strategies across multiple regions, protecting Sanofi's operations, people, and assets. Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Crisis and Business Continuity networks through training and simulations
• Develop and maintain Business Continuity Plans aligned with industry best practices
• Conduct Business Impact Analysis to identify and protect critical processes
• Manage crisis simulations and support teams during actual business disruptions
• Monitor program effectiveness through KPIs and dashboards
• Coordinate with IT on Disaster Recovery solutions
• Assess vendor / service provider resiliency capabilities

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience in business continuity or crisis management, with demonstrated ability to lead projects
• Soft and technical skills: Strong leadership and coordination abilities, excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), ability to operate with discretion and confidentiality, strong agility with matricial organization, experience in developing training programs
• Education: Certifications from Disaster Recovery International Institute (DRII) or The Business Continuity Institute (BCI)
• Languages: Fluent English, both written and oral
