About the Client

Our client is a fast-growing company in the digital social casino and crypto entertainment space. They're launching a brand-new platform targeting the global B2C market and are looking for a visionary creative leader to drive all things brand and content.

Role Overview

As Creative Lead (Art & Copy), you’ll be responsible for building a brand identity from the ground up—defining tone of voice, visual language, and content systems that scale. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll lead creative direction, manage internal and external teams, and ensure high‑volume output across channels, all while keeping brand integrity and user experience top of mind.

Requirements
  • Build the brand identity from scratch – tone of voice, visual style, brand principles
  • Develop a structured content system: Always‑On, campaign‑based, and reactive content
  • Lead content and creative direction – manage team and approve all final outputs
  • Set up end‑to‑end creative processes – from briefing to publishing
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure consistent and performance‑driven messaging across all channels
  • Hire and grow the internal creative team and external partners (designers, copywriters, agencies)
  • Align brand and creative strategy with product, marketing, and user experience goals
  • Ensure creative output supports growth KPIs and user engagement metrics
  • Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints, including paid media, social, and in‑app experiences
