An international education organization located in Paris seeks a motivated individual to support students throughout their program. Responsibilities include planning activities, managing student communications, and providing guidance. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree, fluency in both English and French, and experience working with diverse student populations. Qualifications

  • Experience working with students, particularly international students.
  • Experience living or working abroad with knowledge of local culture.
  • Experience in budget management and event planning is preferred.

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as the main point of contact for students, providing support and resources throughout their program experience.
  • Assist with student activities, arrivals, and guided tours to help students navigate their new environment.
  • Plan and execute program activities, including student excursions and local events.
  • Manage administrative duties like reception, mail handling, and student communications.
  • Support housing maintenance and assist with student accommodations in collaboration with the local team.
  • Collaborate with local staff and external partners to enhance program success.
  • Maintain records using Salesforce and contribute to improvement strategies.
  • Be part of the emergency phone rotation for student support.
What Makes a Great Candidate
  • Authorization to work in France.
  • Fluency in English and French.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Experience working with students, particularly international students.
  • Ability to work with diverse identities.
  • Experience living or working abroad, with a knowledge of the local French culture, history, business practices, and academic environment.
  • Knowledge of the U.S. higher education system.
  • Experience in budget management and event planning is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft, CRM systems, and other digital tools.
