This role involves managing EMEA Supply Chain costs, inventory performance, and working closely with the Supply Chain Director on various projects. The ideal candidate should have a Master's degree in finance and 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in a complex environment, as well as SAP and Excel proficiency. Fluent English and French are required.

Supply Chain Controller

CDI H/F

Manage EMEA Supply Chain costs and inventory performance and efficiency.

Work closely with Supply Chain Director to monitor distribution center, inbound and outbound freight costs, customs costs and inventory amount and quality.

Work closely with affiliates and manufactures to monitor full EMEA scope.

Organization

• Report to Controlling Director
• Management: 1 person
• Localization: Paris 75008 (Neuilly Sur Seine in January 2026)

Main Missions

• Manage and challenge Supply Chain performance:
  • Define an annual budget and periodic update
  • Manage monthly closing, analyze and reports
  • Manage EMEA supply chain costs: storage costs, pick and pack, transport, operations, shipping costs linked to markets etc.
  • Manage EMEA inventory amount and quality
  • Manage destruction and stock inventory discrepancies
  • Define valuation of EMEA inventory (@STD and @MAP)
  • Calculate and analyze risks stock
  • Financial monitoring of our logistics service provider
• Implement and follow actions plan
• Implement KPIs to monitor operational performance
• Animate transversal Supply Chain performance review
• Secure JSox rules application and Guarantor of compliance with internal control over stocks, contact person for CAC
• Work on transversal projects and Management of continuous improvement projects to optimize financial performance

Profile
