A leading global packaging solutions company in Droue-sur-Drouette seeks a Continuous Improvement Manager EMEA to apply Lean methodologies across multiple plants. This critical role involves driving Lean culture, managing projects, training teams, and leading Kaizen events. Ideal candidates will be hands-on Lean Managers with expertise in continuous improvement and a proven record in production management. Strong English skills are required. This position includes up to 50% travel across EMEA food plants and offers relocation.

This role is responsible for applying continuous improvement and lean manufacturing methodologies across several plants and acts as a lean champion, driving Lean-Enterprise culture throughout the E ponieważ EMEA food organization.
