We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Consultant (m/f/d) to join our Compliance & Resilience practice area, located in Paris (France), supporting a broad range of projects of varying scope and complexity.

Role Summary:

As a Consultant in our IAM practice, you will contribute to the analysis, design, and implementation of IAM solutions across Allianz Operating Entities. You will work closely with clients to understand their identity and access-related challenges and support senior team members in delivering tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support IAM assessments, capability maturity reviews, and process improvements
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and document business and technical IAM requirements
• Analyze current IAM processes to identify gaps and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with technology teams to support onboarding or enhancement of IAM tools (e.g., SailPoint, Azure AD, CyberArk)
• Prepare presentation materials, dashboards, and reports for project stakeholders
• Support IAM testing, documentation, and user training activities
• Document IAM as a Service capabilities and maintain service catalogue entries
• Create internal service offering files, how-to guides, and onboarding kits
• Gather project materials and organize them in structured repositories for knowledge retention
• Update SharePoint pages, Confluence spaces, or internal portals promoting IAM services

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field
• Foundational understanding of IAM concepts (e.g., provisioning, authentication, RBAC, PAM)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow within cybersecurity and IAM
