Overview

Location : This role is offered on a permanent basis. It is a hybrid role, offering a combination of being able to work remotely and from our London, Corby, Manchester, Frankfurt, Beauvais or Milan office.

We are looking for a passionate and creative Communications Manager to join our Global Communications team. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the EMEA regional communications, enhance employee engagement, and strengthen our internal brand messaging across a diverse, fast-paced organisation.

What you will be doing
  • Deliver internal communications that support EMEA business goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the EMEA regional teams, ensuring alignment and consistency.
  • Lead communication efforts for change projects and business transformation.
  • Develop clear messaging for key business areas such as Product & Supplier Management, Go To Market, and Supply Chain.
  • Run internal campaigns that are engaging, relevant, and culturally appropriate.
  • Manage and improve internal channels including intranet, Viva Engage, and newsletters.
About you
  • Proven experience in internal or external communications within complex organisations.
  • Strong writing, editing, and content development skills.
  • Confident using a variety of internal communication tools and channels.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ideally but not essential, a degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or a related field.
