A global MedTech company is seeking a Clinical Sales Specialist for France to drive the utilization of robotic surgery procedures. You will support sales efforts, train surgical staff, and ensure customer satisfaction. Candidates should have healthcare training, ideally with 3 years of theatre experience, and be fluent in French. This role offers a permanent contract and other benefits in a dynamic atmosphere.

About Clinical Sales Specialist France

Clinical support of Dexter installed-based and driving utilization of Dexter procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Drive utilization of Dexter procedures with the customers in assigned territory.
  • Cross-sell the use of Dexter to clinical specialities not using Dexter in hospitals, support the sales process.
  • Support the local Sales Director(s)/Sales Manager(s) to achieve and exceed targeted usage of Dexter surgeries.
  • Train and bring support to surgeons and OR staff in the use of Dexter’s robot before and during procedures.
  • Clinical support during setup, surgery and after surgery.
  • Identify specific needs of the customer before, during and after implementation.
  • Handover of Dexter after delivery to BioMed and OR as well as commissioning at the customers premises.
  • Instruct CDS department in hospital on reprocessing on Dexter reusable tools.
  • Communication and presentation of the clinical benefits of Dexter.
  • Own customer satisfaction, support and evolve surgeon and KOL network.
  • Participation in important trade fairs, events, and personal presence on the market.
  • Forecasting of predicted usage.
  • Promote new products and Dexter upgrades.
Work Experience and Education requirements
  • Completed professional training in health care (nurse or anaesthetist or similar...).
  • At least 3 years of operating theatre experience (hospital, clinic) or comparable training as a Clinical Sales or Clinical Specialist.
  • Preferably with good knowledge in General surgery, Gynaecology and Urology.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities required
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, diligence, proactive hands-on mentality with flexible and organised mindset.
  • High willingness to travel and flexibility within the assigned territory.
  • Fluent in the local official language (French must have). English is required, any additional language is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
