Your Daily Duties
  • Ensure high client satisfaction by providing prompt support, resolving issues, and reliably executing client instructions in a courteous manner.
  • Provide product and market information within the scope of 'execution-only' servicing.
  • Identify opportunities to delight clients and offer additional services suited to their needs.
  • Coordinate activities with other departments and contribute to platform, service, and procedure enhancements.
  • Understand and adhere to industry regulations and company policies, including MiFID, anti-money laundering, anti-terrorist financing, and privacy.
  • Treat clients fairly at all times.
Candidate Profile
  • Experience in customer satisfaction, preferably in financial services.
  • Interest in financial products and markets, including stocks, ETFs, funds, CFDs, derivatives, and cryptocurrencies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and German; French is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with office software and phone systems is advantageous.
  • Experience handling customer requests and complaints.
  • Passion for understanding and servicing customers, with strong listening, communication, empathy, and persuasion skills.
