Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with business goals and strategies, providing strategic guidance.
  • Collaborate with the senior management team to understand business needs and provide strategic HR advice and solutions.
  • Take charge of talent management and performance management, including recruitment, selection, development, and retention of high-quality employees.
  • Develop and implement performance evaluation and incentive programs to facilitate employee growth and motivation.
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Oversee HR operations, including compensation and benefits, employee relations, and labor law compliance.
  • Provide employee training and development plans to support career growth and continuing education.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with applicable laws and regulations and maintain best practices.
  • Lead and guide the HR team to ensure efficient execution of their functions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree or above.
