Description du poste
Start-up activity

Diagnoly is redefining obstetric and maternal-fetal medicine through real-time AI in ultrasound. Our AI-powered medical software connects directly to ultrasound machines and secures fetal ultrasound examination. By processing the live ultrasound stream in real-time, our unique solution significantly reduces user dependency of fetal ultrasound and helps practitioners identify most cardiac and cerebral pathologies — without changing their existing workflow.

Now certified in Europe and the United States, our technology supports healthcare professionals in improving fetal screening. Our mission is to reduce the risk of lifelong disabilities, handicaps or lethal outcomes for the concerned babies.

Backed by top-tier VCs, we offer a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment where each team member contributes to advancing medical innovation with a direct impact on patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

This is a highly operational role in an early-stage, fast-moving start-up. This is not a “keep-the-trains-running” position, but a force multiplier: you will be the CEO’s right hand in turning strategy into execution, resolving cross-team bottlenecks and making sure the company stays focused on the highest-leverage priorities. This is not an administrative role: you will drive critical company initiatives end-to-end, unlock operational leverage across all teams and elevate decision-making at a pivotal scale-up moment. You will touch everything: product, clinical partnerships, HR, investors relationships and finance. Your mission will be to help the CEO and leadership team stay effective, aligned and focused on high-leverage priorities. More concretely:

Operations
  • Take ownership of key operations across the company,
  • Prepare meetings and meeting agendas, that sharpen leadership thinking,
  • Strengthen internal communication and culture as we grow,
  • Help recruit, onboard and enable key leaders and critical hires.
Strategy & Execution
  • Translate CEO/leadership priorities into clear plans and execution rhythms,
  • Track key milestones and metrics, ensuring follow-ups and decisions arrive fast,
  • Co-lead cross-functional initiatives such as market entry, regulatory milestones or go-to-market experiments
Fundraising, Investors & Financing
  • Support relationships with current and future investors; contribute to fundraising preparation and execution,
  • Coordinate public financing programs (Bpifrance, EIC, etc.) and ensure submissions.
Partnerships & Business Support
  • Help manage relationships with strategic partners and key stakeholders,
  • Support business and commercial activities.
  • Build structured analysis for new opportunities: markets, competitors, pricing and regulatory paths,
  • Contribute to financial planning and reporting with the leadership team.
Candidate Profile
  • Startup experience and a strong bias for action,
  • 5+ years of experience in high-pace environments (product, operations or healthcare),
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication: concise, clear, persuasive and tactful,
  • Deep motivation by patient impact,
  • Fluency in English and French
Preferred
  • Technical background (engineering, computer science, AI, biomedical),
  • Experience in Healthcare / Medtech, Deeptech, or regulated environments,
  • Additional languages.
What we offer
  • Opportunity to work with a mission-driven company revolutionizing women’s health,
  • A collaborative and entrepreneurial environment with a fast-growing startup,
  • Competitive compensation including base salary, performance-based bonus and potential ownership,
  • A clear growth path toward COO or VP Operations.
