Une entreprise de dermo-cosmétique recherche un(e) responsable marketing pour développer et piloter des stratégies de produits. Il/Elle devra gérer les tendances de marché et optimiser les performances de portefeuille, tout en garantissant la conformité réglementaire. Une formation en sciences avec spécialisation commerciale et au moins 2 ans d’expérience sont requis. Un bon niveau d’anglais est essentiel. Contribute to the development and drive marketing strategy and / or the development of products / services and associated omni-channel content to stimulate the growth and profitability of products in your area- Constantly analyse trends competitors market developments studies consumer needs patients distributors and KOL in relation to markets and put forward innovative ideas- Communicate key brand / franchise strategies to the countries / territories concerned by product / product line specialities and make sure they are adopted- Contribute to defining positioning commercialisation communication and development strategy for products in your product lines- Ensure implementation of the marketing strategy- Drive product portfolio performance and be responsible for its optimisation (sales objectives costs / costing marketing and media costs pricing profitability obsolete products and budget management and tracking)- Participate in drawing up and monitoring the budget and key performance indicators for your area- Ensure strategic alignment in respect to regulatory compliance R&D and Market Access (for products concerned)
Vous avez une formation supérieure en sciences (Pharmacien Ingénieur) complétée par une spécialisation en école de commerce vente ou marketing.
Vous justifiez également dune expérience de 2 ans minimum sur un poste similaire.
La maîtrise de langlais à loral et à lécrit est impérative.
