Your role

You will support the design team throughout all stages of product development, from initial concept to production.

You will act as a key interface between design, suppliers and internal teams.

Your responsibilities

Product development

• Support designers in the development of collections
• Create and manage technical sheets, materials, measurements and finishes
• Follow prototypes, samples and fittings
• Ensure product compliance in terms of quality, cost and timelines

Sourcing & production

• Manage relationships with suppliers and factories
• Negotiate prices and MOQs
• Monitor development and production schedules
• Coordinate quality testing

Coordination & monitoring

• Act as a link between design, production, retail and e-commerce teams
• Monitor collection budgets
• Anticipate risks (delays, quality, costs)
• Contribute to continuous improvement of product processes
