The agency’s 200 team members work daily with clients (mainly large corporations) across all aspects of corporate communications : institutional communication, employer branding, internal communication, B2B, financial communication, and more.

Your Main Responsibilities
  • Prospecting & Business Development : Identify and approach new key accounts, while developing effective sales strategies.
  • RFP Management : Prepare customized responses, manage complex bidding processes, and craft impactful proposals.
  • Client Relationship Management : Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Negotiation & Contracting : Lead contract discussions from negotiation to final agreement signing.
  • Market Analysis & Innovation : Stay up to date with industry trends and incorporate innovative solutions to enhance our competitive edge.
Your Profile

You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree (business school, engineering school, or university).

You have prior experience in business development or a strong interest in this field, along with a passion for media, advertising, or communication.

You are proactive, adaptable, and eager to take on responsibility and autonomy.

You are bilingual in French and English.

You have an interest or experience in technology, software publishing, or international environments, and are familiar with generative AI tools (such as ChatGPT or others).
