Join World Kinect as an Avitailleur(se) and play a vital role in aviation safety!

Location: Airport (on-site)
Contract type: Full-time, shift work (+on-call)
Availability: Immediate or negotiable

Your mission: safely fueling the sky

As an Avitailleur(se), you are a key part of the aircraft fuel supply chain. You will ensure aircraft refueling, handle petroleum products, perform quality checks, operate specialized vehicles, and participate in fuel depot management and receipt processes.

You will be at the heart of operations, ensuring safety, accuracy, and customer satisfaction in a dynamic, demanding environment.

Main responsibilities

• Refuel aircraft following safety procedures
• Operate and maintain refueling vehicles (tankers, specialized equipment)
• Perform quality controls (purges, gauging, filters, etc.)
• Receive fuel deliveries and manage related documentation
• Ensure traceability of operations via IT systems and delivery notes
• Maintain clean, functional, and compliant installations according to HSSE standards
• Collaborate with airport teams, airlines, and authorities
• Manage stock and distribute fuel within tanks
• Prioritize safety and adhere to internal procedures

Candidate profile

Required skills and qualifications:

• CE driving license
• Training in fueling operations (internal or external) and airport security preferred
• Beginners with at least 6 months of SPL driving experience accepted
• ADR certification (petroleum or tanker specialization)
• Experience in fueling or fuel logistics preferred
• Understanding of safety procedures and technical documents
• Ability to work rotating shifts, nights, weekends, and on-call
• Service-minded, rigorous, autonomous, team-oriented

Additional assets:

• Knowledge of various fuels (Jet A1, AVGAS, F34, etc.)
• Familiarity with aircraft types and airport parking zones
• Awareness of HSSE issues
