A leading retail company in Paris is seeking an experienced individual to develop and implement sales strategies for their store. Responsibilities include managing sales targets, analyzing performance, and maintaining partnerships. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in retail management, strong sales knowledge, and effective communication skills. The incumbent will be accountable for developing and implementing Sales strategy and plan for the respective Store to achieve the company\'s sales targets.
Responsibilities include managing Sales Target and Sales Budget, analyzing store sales, generating daily/monthly/yearly sales reports for planning and review, monitoring daily store efficiency (sales performance, strategy, inventory, advertising and promotion, and customer service), and maintaining relationships with area partners while implementing changes and improvements required by management.
