Overview

The incumbent will be accountable for developing and implementing Sales strategy and plan for the respective Store to achieve the company\'s sales targets.

Responsibilities include managing Sales Target and Sales Budget, analyzing store sales, generating daily/monthly/yearly sales reports for planning and review, monitoring daily store efficiency (sales performance, strategy, inventory, advertising and promotion, and customer service), and maintaining relationships with area partners while implementing changes and improvements required by management.

  • Set and manage sales targets and budgets; analyze store performance and generate regular sales reports.
  • Monitor daily store operations including sales performance, inventory management, advertising and promotions, and customer service quality.
  • Maintain relationships with area partners; communicate and negotiate as needed; implement management-approved changes and improvements.
Qualifications
  • At least Senior High School or Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience as Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager, preferably in Retail.
  • Willingness to commit to a long-term career in retail.
  • Strong product knowledge, sales techniques, and familiarity with field concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Ability to plan and accomplish goals with extensive experience and judgment; lead and direct others.
  • Creativity and latitude in work; good communication skills in English and Bahasa.
  • Proficient Microsoft skills.
  • Willing to work in JABODETABEK AREA.
