Qualifications

Good Brands, the innovative company behind the successful Typology skincare brand, is launching an exciting new venture in the consumer goods space. Founded by entrepreneur Ning Li, this upcoming brand aims to disrupt its target market with a digital‑first approach, premium quality products, and a commitment to sustainability. As we prepare for a global launch, we’re seeking talented individuals to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of this groundbreaking brand.

Location: Paris (11e arrondissement)

Mission: As one of the first employees of the new brand, you will be responsible for creating its visual identity and contributing to all stages of its launch in the coming months.

You will play a key role in shaping the brand’s image, defining creative concepts for campaigns, and producing visual assets (photos, videos) for all communication channels.

Responsibilities
  • Propose innovative ideas in the iteration process of creating the visual identity of the new Brand
  • Contribute to a variety of topics required to launch a new brand: e‑commerce website creation, packaging, digital and/or physical launch operations, …
  • Develop and produce the brand's visuals (photos, videos) while ensuring consistency with visual identity.
  • Design and create all visual assets for various media (website, social media, newsletters, ads, press, etc.).
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure high‑quality production that meets deadlines.
  • Stay alert and be proactive in proposing developments and the visual impact of the brand image on a global scale, while continuously monitoring trends in design and visual content.
Specific Skills
  • Photography Skills: Ability to create visually captivating images for various platforms and campaigns.
  • Video Asset Creation: Ability to conceptualize, plan, and oversee regular video content projects, with essential video editing skills and understanding of video production workflows.
  • Design Software: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, as well as Adobe Premiere and DaVinci Resolve. Being able to appropriate other digital tools will be necessary as the project progresses.
  • Social Media Savvy: Deep understanding of social content trends and how to optimize designs for maximum engagement.
  • Organization & Time Management: Ability to get quickly onboard on a very early stage project, while delivering high‑quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Quick and Efficient Execution: Ability to tackle tasks rapidly without compromising creativity or attention to detail.
Profile
  • Minimum of 5/6 years of experience as an Art Director, ideally in the cosmetics, fashion, photography, or luxury sectors.
  • Ability to work in a team while being autonomous on assigned creative projects.
  • An appreciation to minimalist aesthetics and ethical values, in line with Good Brands’ principles.
  • Worked in fast paced environment.
