APPRENTICESHIP - HR Officer - Social Performance & Analytics

Responsibilities

YOUR MISSIONS

You will join the Payroll department at CMA-CGM, reporting to the social management control ARH-Payroll. You will contribute to process improvement, monitor current agreements, analyze the quality of data used in the HRIS and payroll software, and produce reports. You will coordinate necessary actions based on the reports and participate in the department\'s activities.

What will you do?

  • You will monitor operational agreements, control time tracking, and take necessary actions with BPRH and Payroll Managers.
  • You will calculate and verify payroll variables.
  • You will update HR indicators and post-payroll reports.
  • You will manage and monitor ARH/Payroll actions (contracts, renewals, absences, sick leave, medical visits, provident fund).
Qualifications
  • You are studying social management control, management control, or an equivalent degree.
  • You are comfortable with office tools and HRIS.
  • You have a sense of service, are organized, rigorous, and discreet.
  • You are comfortable in English, both written and spoken.
  • You are autonomous and proactive, able to juggle multiple tasks.
