Ce rôle impliquera de développer et d'exécuter des initiatives stratégiques dans le marché de l'énergie et de soutenir la planification financière. Le candidat idéal possède au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans le secteur de l'énergie, avec d'excellentes compétences en communication en français et en anglais. • Assister dans la planification financière et le reporting.
• Fournir un soutien administratif aux fondateurs.

Mission

As an Analyst at Newable, you will work closely with the startup founders Sakina et Sébastien, developing Newable’s expertise on energy markets alongside with our experts, and supporting the founders in a wide range of tasks to drive the company's growth and success. This is a unique opportunity to contribute within a dynamic team to the transformation of the commercial real estate sector through innovative energy solutions.

Job Description

Role: Analyst

Location: Paris - Permanent

Responsibilities: 1_Energy market

• Deepen Newable’s strategy regarding energy market (electric flexibility, carbon credits, …)
• Implement it within our first energy assets entering in operation from the start of 2026
• Consolidate our network in the energy market sector with continuous monitoring of its trends & innovations

2_Strategy & Operational Excellence

• Assist in developing and executing strategic initiatives
• Prepare presentations and reports for investors, clients and stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new processes and improvements

3_Financial Management

• Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth
• Support fundraising efforts and investor relations

4_General Administration

• Provide administrative support to the founders, including scheduling and coordination
• Manage special projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative company culture

Profile

• Experience : 2+ years minimum with a first experience within the energy sector, with top-tier engineering or business school background
• Skills : Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
• Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in french and english
• Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with a hands‑on approach
• Mindset : Entrepreneurial, proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to driving results
