Une entreprise de transport express en France recherche un agent de soutien aux opérations pour gérer et assurer la précision des processus d'exploitation. Le candidat idéal apportera une attention particulière aux détails, utilisera ses compétences en informatique et sera capable de travailler en équipe. Une formation de type Bachelor est requise. Identifier les anomalies qui surviendraient et recourir son propre jugement en se basant sur les rgles et procdures pour les rsoudre. Dans les cas plus complexes se rserver la possibilit de soumettre le problme des membres de lqui pe plus grads.
