A technology solutions provider based in Paris is looking for a Sales Specialist to manage the full sales cycle focusing on UK market expansion. The role involves engaging with key stakeholders, developing client-specific sales strategies, and conducting market research to adapt approaches. Ideal candidates will have strong relationship-building skills and the ability to adapt strategies based on market needs.
This role requires the ability to explore new opportunities, build strategic relationships, and lay the groundwork for successful expansion in the UK market. Depending on opportunities, other European markets may also be targeted.
Team
The Sales team consists of five members who work mostly on the French Market. The team works closely with the Partnerships, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing departments.
Key Responsibilities
You will manage the full sales cycle (3 to 12 months - from 15k€ to 1m€ of ARR), from initial prospecting to contract signing.
Client Relations and Ecosystem:
Engage with key stakeholders, including executives and decision-makers,
Build lasting relationships and represent Hiboo at partner events and trade shows to foster connections,
Collaborate with our Partnership Team to strengthen ties with ecosystem partners to exchange leads and foster partnerships.
Sales Strategy:
Develop tailored sales strategies based on each client’s needs, using action plans, structured pitches, and customized presentation materials,
Once a deal is signed with the headquarters, oversee the deployment across the network, ensuring seamless coordination with Customer Success, partner integration, and clients,
Gain a strong technical understanding of Hiboo’s software to address prospects’ needs and propose appropriate solutions.
Market Exploration and Adaptation:
Conduct in-depth research to understand the UK market, its key players, partners, challenges, and trends,
Identify strategic opportunities and adapt go-to-market strategies accordingly,
Work closely with the Product team to propose and implement necessary product evolutions to meet the specific needs of the UK market,
Monitor and evaluate market feedback, sharing insights with leadership to refine strategies and enhance performance.
