Job Description

Account Executive – UK market

As an Account Executive at Corma, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by managing and expanding our client portfolio across the UK. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with key decision-makers, identifying new opportunities, and closing deals to achieve revenue targets. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the full sales-cycle; drive the process from initial interest to deal close and coordinate collaboration cross-functionally with product, technical teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers within your assigned accounts.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand our client base.
  • Opportunity Identification: Identify and qualify new opportunities within your accounts, leveraging your understanding of their business needs and challenges.
  • Solution Selling: Present and demonstrate the value of Corma\'s solutions to clients, tailoring your approach to address their specific pain points.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring a smooth sales process and high client satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates and accurate forecasts to the executive team.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Sales Experience: Ideally 2–5 years of experience in sales within an IT or tech environment.

  • Languages: Fluent English; other languages are a plus.
