Qualifications

  • Experience in an audit firm with expertise in consolidation and IFRS.
  • Fluency in English and French to collaborate with global teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and adaptability.
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.

Join our Global Accounting Consolidation Team as a Consolidation Manager and be part of our work to unlock value and transformation!

As a Global Finance Analyst – Consolidation Manager, you’ll be at the heart of L’Oréal’s financial reporting process, ensuring the accuracy and quality of our consolidated accounts. Reporting to the Group Consolidation Director, you’ll join a dynamic team of 10 people based in Clichy, collaborating with key stakeholders such as M&A, CFOs, Chief Accountants, Controllers, BEST (Business Service Center), Tax, and Treasury teams.

Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
  • Quarterly Consolidation: Support subsidiaries in preparing and reporting consolidation packages, ensuring compliance with IFRS standards.
  • Analysis & Reporting: Contribute to the Group’s consolidated accounts, internal deliverables, and the Universal Registration Document.
  • Transversal Expertise: Take ownership of group-level topics and act as a reference point within the consolidation department.
  • Strategic Operations: Analyse and simulate impacts of acquisitions, mergers, and other structuring operations.
  • Training & Support: Design and facilitate training seminars on consolidation and normative issues for the accounting population.
