- Analyze ecosystem indicators to assess the health of tropical forest projects and generate actionable insights.
- Utilize GIS tools, remote sensing technology, and relevant methodologies to support monitoring efforts for natural climate solutions and forest restoration initiatives.
- Conduct in‑depth research on the Voluntary Carbon Market (trends, competitors, and Verra methodologies) to inform project design.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop sustainability strategies, prepare reports for stakeholders, and support efforts to measure and communicate project impacts.

- Advanced data analytics skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Fluency in English and French (written and spoken).
- Ability to work autonomously and diligently in remote settings.
- Familiarity with Google Suite and other remote working tools.
- Familiarity with key tropical forest ecosystem indicators (Biomass, Biodiversity, Ecological Connectivity).
- Experience in a startup environment is a plus.
- Familiarity with GIS tools (e.g., QGIS, ArcGIS) and data analysis (e.g., Python, VBA, R).
- Experience with remote sensing tools (forest monitoring).
- Knowledge of the voluntary carbon market is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of natural climate solutions is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Verra AFOLU Methodologies is a strong plus.
