Job summary
An innovative technology company based in Spain is looking for a talented Technical Engineering Director to lead project delivery and manage a high-performance team. Ideal candidates will have a Master's or PhD in a related field, with over 5 years of industry experience in applied machine learning. Strong leadership, project management skills, and proficiency in Python are essential. The role involves building client relationships and guiding technical direction in cutting-edge areas such as machine learning and quantum computing.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience delivering machine learning solutions, especially in NLP and deep learning.
- 4+ years project management experience with client engagements.
- Strong team management experience including handling multiple projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of client projects.
- Translate client needs into innovative solutions.
- Build and maintain a high-performance team.
- Strategically allocate resources across projects.
- Serve as a technical authority in machine learning and quantum computing.
- Represent the department externally, managing client relationships.
