The Global PMO Team is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Global Project Manager. This role requires a strong knowledge of project management processes, combined with analytical and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will join a highly motivated team of professionals across various expertise areas.
The Global Project Manager will be responsible for leading complex, high-impact projects across the Havas global network, setting a standard for excellence in project management and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, business-aligned projects on time.
- Lead complex, high-impact projects across the Havas global network.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Product Builders, and other Global Teams to drive successful initiative delivery, managing time, quality, and scope.
- Monitor detailed progress of all ongoing projects, assist with scheduling, risk analysis, and define success KPIs.
- Support the improvement and implementation of project management practices in a dynamic, global environment.
- Navigate a matrix organization with diverse stakeholders and reporting lines.
Mission & Responsibilities
Functional:
- Work with global product and development teams to define and meet project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
- Define project scopes, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders.
- Serve as a key contact for global teams regarding process definition and governance, providing guidance throughout projects.
- Facilitate communication and alignment among global and local teams, resolve conflicts, and maintain project momentum.
Project Management & Coordination Expertise:
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure clear project plans, tracking, and expectations.
- Identify, track, and escalate risks and issues impacting project timelines or quality, developing proactive solutions.
- Assist in resource allocation across projects, ensuring effective utilization and clarity of priorities.
- Evaluate and enhance project delivery processes to improve team productivity and outcomes.
- Promote adoption of Global PMO tools, frameworks, and methodologies for consistency and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Adoption team to meet KPIs and gather feedback from clients and market leads.
Education & Language:
- Bachelor's degree in project management, Operations Engineering, or equivalent.
- 3 years of project management experience, preferably in a global or multi-market setting.
- Proven success in managing complex, cross-functional projects at local and global levels.
- Proficient in English (C1-C2 level).
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp, MS Project).
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with reporting tools like Power BI is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Knowledge of software development, data science, or digital transformation projects is advantageous.
