At ASTEK Iberia, we are looking for an Application Manager to support Veeva CRM / Salesforce within the IT Centre of Excellence. The professional will join the ERP – Centre Excellence team and provide continuous support for the Sales Force Veeva+ environment.

? Main responsibilities:

• Provide daily functional and technical support for Veeva CRM and Salesforce.
• Manage incidents, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system performance and stability.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of the CRM ecosystem.
• Ensure proper follow-up of requests, documentation, and user support activities.
• Work according to established processes and compliance requirements.

? Who are you?

• Proven experience as Application Manager or similar role supporting CRM systems.
• Strong knowledge of Veeva CRM and Salesforce (mandatory).
• Ability to operate in an international environment.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Intermediate level in English and Spanish.
