Overview

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our HR Systems Solutions Department. The HR Systems Solutions Department is responsible for providing and supporting digital solutions for HR functions including attraction, training, retention, and separation.

Your primary role is to leverage your expertise in both front-end and back-end development to create scalable applications and maintain existing systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operation of our web applications, supporting current applications developed in C# and .NET.

Key Responsibilities

As the successful candidate, you will be required to perform the following :

• Develop and maintain full stack web applications utilizing frameworks such as Angular and other relevant technologies.
• Design and manage databases, ensuring performance and data integrity.
• Develop APIs for system integration and data exchange.
• Integrate AI / ML solutions into web applications to enhance features.
• Support and troubleshoot existing C# and .NET applications.
• Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and define technical specifications.
• Utilize mobile development technologies like Flutter to build responsive applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; advanced degrees preferred.
• At least 15 years of software development experience, including 7+ years in full stack web development.
• Extensive experience with database systems and Angular framework.
• Strong API development and integration skills.
• Knowledge of AI / ML concepts and experience with integrating AI/ML models.
• Experience with mobile app development using Flutter is highly desirable.
• Ability to troubleshoot and support C# and .NET applications.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and best practices.
