• Define strategy to default accounts minimizing potential losses (vendor dealers and end-users)
• Execute strategy on time including forbearance proposals including field visits to negotiate friendly agreement.
• Instigate and ensure repossession and remarketing of objects in close cooperation with Remarketing initiating legal action if required
• Maintain communication with law firms and field visitors monitoring performance
• Provide accounts as per DLL policy
• Monitor accounts under probation
• Monitor portfolio performance
• Provide feedback to relevant stakeholders on GBU on request

• Oriented to achieve main KPIs mainly NPL Delinquency Levels and Risk Cost.
• High negotiations capabilities with delinquent customers.
• Advance knowledge of MS Programs remarking Excel and PowerBI.
• Used to work with different software.
• Used to work with litigation firms (no degree in law required).
• English : able to understand policies and write documents towards different committees.
• Willess to travel including night out from local home driving license is a must.
