Job summary
A leading IT consultancy firm in Madrid is seeking a highly organized Project Manager with 3–5 years of experience in IAM and Transformation projects. The role focuses on executing technical project activities, leading Agile ceremonies, and ensuring alignment across teams. Ideal candidates should possess leadership skills in managing the full project lifecycle and have a strong ability to communicate with stakeholders. This position seeks to foster smooth operational delivery and collaboration within cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in IAM, Migration/Transformation project management.
- Experience managing full project lifecycle.
- Strong leadership in Agile/Scrum processes.
Responsibilities
- Translate high-level strategies into project plans.
- Manage project lifecycle including execution and monitoring.
- Act as the point of contact for customer management.
Skills
We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager with 3–5 years of experience in IAM, Migration / Transformation, and Implementation projects. You will lead the execution of technical and software-related project activities for our client, ensuring alignment across teams and smooth operational delivery.
- Translate high-level product strategies and roadmaps into clear and achievable project plans.
- Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and governance.
- Act as the single point of contact for customers, managing day-to-day project migration and transition activities.
- Ensure timely progress and closure of action items for smooth project operations.
- Support Product Managers and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing).
- Lead Agile / Scrum ceremonies : daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release coordination.
- Identify project risks, roadblocks, and dependencies, and drive process improvements.
- Oversee technical components such as technology room equipment, connectivity, architecture, and access control–related operations.
- Maintain structured documentation, reports, and updates for all stakeholders.
