Your responsibilities
  • Work closely with the sales teams to optimize resource allocation, ensuring investment decisions align with business goals.
  • Analyze promotional spending, market investments, and pricing strategies to assess ROI and profitability.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs to provide actionable insights that drive revenue growth and margin improvement.
  • Support sales teams with forecasts, budgets, and monthly performance analyses to maintain alignment with financial targets.
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of two business controllers, ensuring high performance, engagement, and professional growth.
  • Oversee workload distribution and provide mentorship, fostering a collaborative and results-driven team environment.
  • Establish best practices in financial analysis and reporting, ensuring continuous improvement in processes and tools.
  • Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams, including supply chain, operations, to align financial objectives with overall business strategy.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, providing financial insights to support critical business decisions.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, local regulations, and internal controls to maintain financial integrity.
