Sales Representative French speaking

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our French-speaking clients and providing them with excellent customer service. This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with French-speaking clients via phone, emails and chat
• Act as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries and concerns
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client needs and provide suitable solutions
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions
• Attend conferences and industry events to network and promote our services
• Prepare and present sales reports to management

Qualifications:

• Fluent in French (written and spoken)
• Previous experience in sales and outbound call
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Knowledge of the recruitment industry is a plus
