Remote Head of Secured Lending Operations
Job summary
A fintech company focused on accessible financial services is seeking a Head of Operations to spearhead the launch of a secured loan product in Spain. The ideal candidate will have senior leadership experience in secured lending operations, excellent organizational skills, and be fluent in both English and Spanish. Responsibilities include designing operational frameworks, developing onboarding processes, and overseeing collections. - Develop the onboarding pipeline for eligibility checks and document processing.
