A leading online community support provider is seeking a Spanish-speaking Content Review & Community Support Specialist. This remote role requires native-level Spanish proficiency and good English communication skills. You'll assist users by addressing inquiries and moderating content to ensure a safe digital environment. Candidates should have up to 1 year of experience in customer service or related fields, with strong interpersonal skills and a keen eye for detail. The position offers a gross monthly salary of €1,045 plus performance bonuses.

Servicios

Formación

• Up to 1 year of experience in Business Process Outsourcing, customer service, or similar environments.
• High cultural awareness regarding the supported market/region.

Responsabilidades

• Assist users with inquiries with empathy and accuracy.
• Monitor reports of potential policy abuse as per platform standards.
• Investigate and resolve issues reported on the platform.
