A cloud-based legal technology firm is seeking a LegalTech Manager to help shape local strategy and understand client needs in Spain. Responsibilities include providing legal insights for product compliance, supporting digital transformation, and developing client onboarding processes. Ideal candidates have over 8 years of experience in legal operations with strong communication skills and fluency in Spanish. With more than 130 enterprise clients across Latin America and Europe, TRATO is now preparing to expand operations in Spain and establish strategic partnerships in the region.
We are seeking a LegalTech Manager (Spain) to collaborate closely with TRATO’s leadership team in shaping the company’s local strategy and understanding client needs within the Spanish legal ecosystem.
This initial collaboration will be structured through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) — a flexible arrangement designed to explore synergies, validate market potential, and prepare for a future leadership or advisory role once investment is finalized.
